Listed below are the dates (1) you must FAX/call/email in the exact agenda title (subject line on briefing form) you want added to that month's agenda and (2) the dates the actual CAMERA-READY agenda items must be on the Barbaralee’s desk (by noon) if they are to be included in the Agenda Packet – so timing is everything (Emails are acceptable, Faxes are not).

Note: ► Your item has to be approved first by your site administrator You may have to attend the Cabinet meeting prior to the Board meeting to have final approval for its inclusion (check with Barbaralee or Mr. Hennes).

LATE ITEMS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.

THE BOARD HAS STATED EMERGENCY ITEMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNLESS VALIDATED AS A REAL EMERGENCY OR A REAL TIME-LINE EMERGENCY AND NOT THAT IT WAS NOT SUBMITTED ON TIME BECAUSE YOU FORGOT.
