Word Permits are for students ages 12-17
For information on general Work Permits, click here, and read all about the rules and regulations on obtaining a work permit. Applications for work permits may be obtained from your school site.
For information on Entertainment Work Permits, please click here. These types of work permits are available on line and must be mailed into Department of Labor as indicated in procedures.
